Welcome!

My kitchen is located in the village of East Hampton, NY.

I primarily service the East End of Long Island, though arrangements can be made to deliver within a 200 mile radius.

Since I started making wedding cakes in 1987, a lot has changed. Styles, techniques and design has evolved, and I really enjoy evolving with it. Each cake design holds a special place in my heart, and during it’s creation I spend a lot of time thinking about the couple I am making it for. It is an honor to be a part of a personal history, and I want your memory to be delicious and perfect.

Tastings and Bookings

I take appointments for tastings, during which we will sit down together and also discuss design. I offer a
“chef’s choice” selection for the tasting, and there is no charge. If you prefer to taste your specific combination I do offer the ability to purchase a small sample cake of your choosing at a cost of $25/ sample. Each sample cake is large enough to share with a few others.
